    When ordering online, there is only a pay with cash option. Why can't a credit card be used when ordering online?

    Food is always great!! Always ready when we call it in, delivery is also very fast, food arrives hot. Highly recommended.

    I no longer get an e-mail when I place an order online. Why is this??? I have no reference point for when I ordered and no proof I ordered.

    Truly disappointed, read reviews thought We'd give it a try, Order 39 , 5:48 get home No rice, Call say they'll give Me off 20% next time said they'll be no next time spent 19.74 after having to run to the store I spent 2,25 for rice then go to eat our pepper beef and onions more onions than meat go to eat the crap was so bland that I've eat better tasting Shit in The Hospital, Disgusted and Pissed,,,

    I've never been treated so poorly before at a restaurant that I'm giving my money to by your staff. I will never eat there again and it was my favorite Chinese restaurant. I will also be telling all of my friends and family and as many people as I can about my experience that they do not return to any of your many restaurants. Complete lack of respect to paying customers. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Ever!

    I ordered food from there today and only part of my order came. When I called back and told them what happened the lady yelled at me and told me that I didn't order that and that it wouldn't be delivered. I repeatedly told her that I had ordered the selected item because it is my favorite and she just kept arguing with me and telling me that I did not. She then said that I could order it and it be delivered at my charge. I told her that because of their mistake I would like it discounted and she said that would not be possible. I told her that I would not be coming back to the restaurant and she said goodbye and hung up on me. They then decided to call me back and when I answer the phone they hung up on me. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my life and I will be telling all of my friends and family about this so that they will not return to your restaurant. I cannot believe how your customer service is and how rude the people that work there are. This was my favorite Chinese restaurant and I will not be attending any of the restaurants that you own. And like I said I will be making sure I tell as many people as possible about this. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life ever. I just cannot believe that you would allow this to happen.
